We have secured funding from the German Federal Ministry for Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR) under grant number 15S9455 A-E through the FORKA program for the ScintLaCharm research project.

Together with our project partners Hellma Materials GmbH, Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz, Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg, Fraunhofer-Institut für Naturwissenschaftlich-Technische Trendanalysen INT Euskirchen, we will develop a Compton camera as an imaging technique for gamma radiation. The primary application is intended to be clearance of buildings.
