Further training as “radon specialist” completed – additional expertise in the radon team of Brenk Systemplanung

  • 26. September 2022

After smoking, radon is the most frequent cause of lung cancer and statistically leads to about 1,900 cases of lung cancer each year in Germany. Accordingly, protective measures are required by law when threshold values of radon concentration in indoor air in buildings are exceeded.

A competent expert team of engineers and scientists here at Brenk Systemplanung GmbH has long been advising on the question of when such protective measures are required and what they might look like.

Recently, a team colleague successfully completed further training as a “radon expert”. We are pleased that further facets on the topic of radon have been added to the skills set of the expert team.

At the same time, we are pleased to be able to advise and support our customers even more comprehensively on the topic of radon in the future.

You can find out more about our services and qualifications in the field of NORM and radon on our website under the topic “Natural Radioactivity (NORM)”.
