\"\"On 15 November 2025, it was that time again. True to the motto \u2018same procedure as every year, Brenk\u2019, we were there once more. No nuclear technology career portal (KarrierePortal Kerntechnik) would be complete without us.
\nThis time, we were back in our beautiful imperial city of Aachen.
\nFor our sixth consecutive participation since 2023 and thus our many years of loyalty, we were honoured by the event organisers, which we are particularly pleased about and which underlines our long-term commitment to promoting young talent.
\nWe were represented at our stand with nuclear expertise and lots of good cheer. Both in one-on-one conversations and in exchanges at the stand, we were able to have numerous intensive discussions with interesting, highly qualified and motivated young people who share our enthusiasm for nuclear technology.
\nIn particular, we were delighted with the career paths and developments, professional qualifications and great enthusiasm that the students and doctoral candidates brought with them. Familiar faces impressed us with their remarkable development since the last meeting. But new faces also amazed us with their career paths.
\nAnother highlight: as part of the company pitch, our managing director, Dr. Pateiro, received an award for the best pitch. He captured the attention of the students and doctoral candidates right from the start of his pitch, when he simply asked ChatGPT about the coolness factor of Brenk. He then succeeded within just three minutes in presenting our versatile company to the young people in such a way that the majority voted for us.
\nWe would therefore like to take this opportunity to thank all students and doctoral candidates for the trust they have placed in us. We would also like to thank the entire actimondo eG organisation team, without whom this great event would not have been possible. We are already looking forward to the next KarrierePortal Kerntechnik event, where we will once again be represented with our combined expertise in nuclear technology.
\nBut first, we are eagerly awaiting our new teammates so that we can welcome them to the cool Brenkies team.<\/p>\n
